TROUBLESHOOTING

INSTALL OR ADD TO HOME SCREEN IS MISSING
- Use the official HTTPS link, not a file opened from WhatsApp or the ZIP.
- Android: open the link directly in Chrome, then check the three-dot menu.
- iPhone/iPad: open directly in Safari, then Share > Add to Home Screen.
- Installation wording varies by browser: Install app, Add to Home screen,
  Open ADWORKS Solar, or Create shortcut.

APP OPENS ONLINE BUT NOT OFFLINE
1. Reconnect to the internet and open the official link.
2. Tap Prepare Offline and wait for confirmation.
3. Open the installed app once while connected.
4. Close it, enable Airplane Mode, and test again.

OLD VERSION STILL APPEARS
- Close every ADWORKS browser tab and installed-app window.
- Reopen the official link online and refresh once.
- If still old, remove the shortcut/app, reopen online, Prepare Offline, and
  reinstall. Export a backup first.

SAVED DATA IS MISSING
- Browser data is stored separately per browser, device and website address.
- Use the same official URL and browser originally used.
- Restore the latest ADWORKS JSON backup.
- Clearing browser/site data or uninstalling can remove local records.

PDF HAS EXTRA PAGES OR CUT TEXT
- Use A4, Scale 100%, Margins None and enable Background graphics.
- Keep company profile, exclusions and terms concise. Long custom content can
  create an additional page.

CALCULATION WILL NOT CONTINUE
- Correct fields highlighted by the friendly validation message.
- Do not enter negative prices, zero sun hours, invalid percentages or text in
  numeric fields. Use zero only where the screen says it excludes an item.

BACKUP WILL NOT RESTORE
- Select an original ADWORKS Starter JSON backup under 10 MB.
- Do not rename another file type to .json or manually change its contents.

STILL NEED HELP
Provide your device model, browser name, ADWORKS version, exact error message
and a screenshot to the official seller support channel. Never send passwords,
payment details or confidential client records.
